Shasta brings a wealth of experience to her role as a mystic, counselor, and teacher, with over a decade in the field. Her approach combines traditional psychotherapy with certifications in spiritual counseling and energy psychology, allowing her to assist others through transformative spirit journeys and share practical techniques for healing and transformation.

With a background rooted in interfaith mysticism and clinical training,  a focus on co-occurring addictions, trauma, and relationship issues, Shasta has cultivated a nuanced understanding of diverse challenges. For the past 10 years, she has shared her knowledge as a teacher of Tree of Life Pathworking, incorporating psilocybin to facilitate a gentle exploration of self-discovery. Shasta's commitment lies in creating a supportive space for growth and healing, utilizing her experience to assist others through  their unique journeys.
