For healthcare & clinical professionals
Rogue Valley · Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass
A referral overview for the Seven-Day Transition & Renewal Intensive — for clients who may need a structured week, not another appointment.
Complementary care
This intensive is an adjunct to your ongoing work. Your client schedules directly with us. We do not replace primary therapy, psychiatric care, or emergency services.
Ethics: Consent · Clarity · Complementary care — we make no clinical outcome promises for any individual client.
When a week may fit
Some clients are not in acute crisis. They have done real work — therapy, recovery programs, clinical care — and something still will not move. A single psilocybin journey can open a door; a full week allows integration between two sessions, grounding days, and explicit next-step commitments.
Referral lens — who often fits:
- Long-term clients whose patterns have not shifted with familiar modalities
- Recovery transitions — identity, purpose, depth beyond abstinence alone
- Existential, spiritual, or meaning-focused distress alongside clinical care
- People moving through major life transitions who need a contained arc
Who it is not for:
- Acute psychiatric crisis, active psychosis, or unmanaged mania
- Emergency or inpatient-level needs
- Anyone who cannot pass standard Oregon facilitator screening
We screen every participant. This is not emergency care.
What the week includes
Participants stay in their own hotel, Airbnb, or lodging in Ashland. Lithia Park, the town, and daily facilitation form the container — not a walled retreat campus.
